Terms & Conditions
All tours must be booked and paid for in advance. We do not allow walk-up guests who want to pay with cash. If you are having any trouble booking online, please contact us and we can easily help plan your tour over the phone.
Confirmation is sent within 30 minutes after booking. Confirmation will contain a company phone number, meeting place, time to meet, map, and general directions. If you do not receive this email please check your spam folder. If no confirmation has been sent, contact us to confirm your booking request was received.
Ticket purchases are not eligible for a refund. Tours go rain or shine, but in the event of extreme weather or cancellation due to the minimum number of guests (4) not being met for a tour, you will be contacted and offered a refund or the option to reschedule.

Private & Custom Tours
Private, custom, and group tours are booked as a Special Tour and can be scheduled by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Learn more about Special Tours here.
All tours are held rain or shine. However, under extreme weather circumstances, you will be contacted with the option to recieve a refund or reschedule. We recommend you check the weather forecast to help you choose the correct shoes and garments. You might want to bring an umbrella.
We can help, but by coming on the tour you agree that you are responsible for you and your children’s safety.

Dogs are permitted to join tours but are expected to remain on a leash.
